The Ruffle Scarf
This gorgeous ruffle scarf is just the thing for keeping out the cold! The soft double knit wool means it’s so light to wear but still keeps you toasty warm.
The scarf is worked in two lace style panel sections then joined and edged with a fabulous ruffle edging - be as brave as you like and add as many stitches to the ruffle as you dare!
The scarf uses basic crochet stitches but looks like a stunningly complicated pattern when complete - everyone will think you are a pro when you tell them you made it yourself.
The finished scarf measures 24cm by 96cm - just the right length for tucking in a jacket or coat.
I used 150g soft grey Sirdar Click Double Knit Yarn (70% acrylic, 30% wool) to make the scarf but anything of a similar weight would work just as well.
PLEASE NOTE: The pattern is in US crochet terms including a key and material section.
