Front Post Double Crochet (FPdc): Yo, insert hook from front to back and to front again around the vertical post (upright part) of indicated st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook

2-dc Cluster (2dcCL): Yo, insert hook in chain indicated, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook2x, yo, pull through all 3 loops on hook

3-dc Cluster (2dcCL): Yo, insert hook in next st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook3x, yo, pull through all 4 loops on hook

Bobble st: Yo, insert hook in indicated st, yo, pull up a loop, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook5x, yo, pull through all 6 loops on hook
