You can use any colors your heart desires I’m just listing the colors I used in the sample pictures for
simplicity. If you have a fear of or great disdain of using Bernat pipsqueak. Don’t fret, I have included a
trick to make working with it simple or you may also substitute a ribbed band made with a medium
weight yarn.
Approx 1/2 skein of Bernat Pipsqueak Whitey White (or your choice of fuzzy bulky weight yarn).
Very Small amount of any medium weight white yarn (I used Red Heart Super Saver).
Depending on hat size, any where from 1/4 to 1/2 skein of the following:
Black medium (4) weight yarn
Light Pink medium (4) weight yarn
Medium Pink medium (4) weight yarn
Tapestry or darning needle
Pom Pom maker
