This light-weight sweater features the Seal-Line set in shoulder. Seamless, top-down, in the round (mostly) with a method which creates a ‘faux’ set-in sleeve. To fit the summery mood it has short puffed sleeves.

There is no sewing at all.

The neck is finished with a double layered neck band using a provisional cast on and an unusual wrapped k2tog textured bind off.

Every technique is covered by a detailed photo tutorial. Including: Swatching in the round, Provisional cast on, Japanese Short Rows, Median and a Zimmerman Increase, How not to have holes at the armholes, Invisible rib bind off, provisional stitches at neckline, the picot edging and, of course, how to construct the seamless set-in shoulder.

If you would like to try the method out for free I have a child’s version on Ravelry:
