The Secret Skein MKAL will go live on 14th April 2017 (Good Friday) and weekly pattern clues will be released over four weeks.

Clue 1: 14th April 2017
Clue 2: 21st April 2017
Clue 3: 28th April 2017
Clue 4: 5th May 2017

Clues will be in your ravelry libraries around 12noon GMT.

At the end of the MKAL the shawl name will be revealed and you will receive an updated full pattern as one PDF document.

MKAL will remain open until 26th May 2017 to allow everyone time to finish their shawls.

Prizes (yes there is prizes!!) will be announced on Wednesday 31st May 2017. You must have your shawl completed and an FO picture in the finish thread to be included in the prize draw.

So what is the Secret Skein MKAL…

A collaboration between Mina Loves Designs, Ellie & Ada Yarn and the Cottage Notebook Podcast, bringing you an MKAL with a difference!

A shawl pattern clue will be realised each week along with a special podcast mystery story. So you can listen while you knit along. There will be a dedicated chatter thread in Mina’s ravelry group and individual clue and spoiler threads to guide you on your journey.

Perhaps the best part is that you can grab a mystery skein from Ellie & Ada that has been exclusively hand dyed for the MKAL.
