The Seventh Son
THE SEVENTH SON is a fun knit for all skill levels. Using three colors, a garter stitch triangle is knit with pops of color striping. It continues to grow from the live stitches, as well as the edge to create a mosaic border in two colors. To show off the shawl on the streets, fringe can be added along the edge for a bohemian look. Since the body of the shawl is worked from side to side, the result is an asymmetrical shawl, while maintaining a symmetrical look in the border. Let your color creativity flow from your stash, to your needles, and on your shoulders!
