28-31” (30-33”, 32-35”, 34-37”).The fit should be snug as the construction will give a little.

Yarn:
Sample was knit using Blue Sky Skinny Cotton in French Blue (316) for the top, and Shibui Knits Linen in Cascade for the ruffle. A good substitute for Skinny Cotton would be Shibui Knits Heichi or Shibui Knits Cima held 3 together. Because Shibui Yarns match colorways you ware able to combine the linen in the ruffle with a true match on the upper portion with out it being too transparent.
