Pattern is written in US Terms

Sometimes you get an idea in your head that just will not go away. That is how the design for The Sippin’ Mitten has been. I love to wrap my hands around a HOT cup of coffee in the cold winter months. So, the idea came to me to have a little mitten, I could put my hand in on my cozy to keep my fingers warm. It also helps keep your hand from freezing while you are enjoying your favorite icy beverage. And since I am all about options, it is optional, it can also be on the left or the right, and the angle you sew it on depends on you.

You will need

• 80-100 yards of cotton or Worsted Weight yarn
• H Hook
• Tapestry Needle

Pattern is easy to follow and works up quick. “Mitten” is worked separately then sewn on so you have the option of left or right handed. The “mitten” is also optional, the cozy looks wonderful, with or without it.

Cold Cup Size

12 Ounces 16 Ounces 24 Ounces
Can Sizes

12 Ounces 15 Ounces 23 Ounces
AND Water Bottle with optional cross-body strap
