The Snicket Files Blanket
My love for A Series of Unfortunate Events started in childhood. I created this blanket as a mysterious journey inspired by these books. With the addition of random scrap yarns and small bits of leftovers, no two Snicket Files Blankets will look the same!
Details:
This blanket is knit in the round with seams on both ends. Bonus: NO WEAVING IN ENDS!
Yarn Requirements:
You will need two full skeins of the original color A. You will use them for the beginning and end borders. Make sure to wind off a little extra of color A to sew the bottom hem together.
Gather all your leftovers- fingering and DK! For this pattern, you will be using the fingering weight doubled. This way you’ll be able to combine both weights into one project!
Techniques used:
mosaic knitting
knitting in the round
kitchener and/or 3 needle bind-off
