The Snowman Stole My Hat
by Jane Reay
Children love snowmen especially ones with matching hats. The jumper is knitted in parts and has a front seam opening so no tight necks for little ones. The snowman is created using stranded colour work, following a chart. I used Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine 120 as it has good stitch definition for colour work and comes in a wide range of colours but any good quality double knitting yarn with a similar gauge would work well.. Instructions are given for approximate ages 1-9 years.
