Finished Measurements
The large version of this shawl measures 80 inches (203 cm) from tip-to-tip and 20 inches (50 cm) deep.
The small version of this shawl measures 59 inches (149 cm) from tip-to-tip and 14 1/2 in (37 cm) deep.
Materials
- Large: 3 skeins of Cascade Heritage Sock Yarn (100g/437 yards/400 meters); or approx. 1,040 yards of fingering weight yarn in 2 colors. You will need approx. 810 yards in color A and approx. 230 yards in color B.
- Small: 2 skeins of Cascade Heritage Sock Yarn (100g/437 yards/400 meters); or approx. 420 yards of fingering weight yarn in 2 colors. You will need approx. 320 yards in color A and approx. 100 yards in color B.
Be sure to check your yardage as many fingering weight yarns have only 400 yards per skein
Needles: US 5 (3.75 mm)

Construction Notes
This shawl is worked from tip to edge, then neatly finished with an I-Cord bind-off. Asymmetrical increases create an elongated triangle shape. The mosaic pattern is worked using a single color for each garter ridge and strategically placed slip-stitches.
