The Stand Up Oregon Baby Blanket
Welcome to your new favorite baby blanket pattern!
The Stand Up Oregon Blanket comes with instructions for making a blanket from either DK weight yarn or Worsted Weight Yarn so it makes for a great stash buster!
This blanket pattern will make a blanket that is approximately 30 inches tall by 25 inches wide. The size of this blanket is easily customize-able to your needs however. Specific instructions are also included for making a crib sized blanket. (25 inches wide by 52 inches long).
The Stand Up Oregon Baby Blanket is incredibly versatile and can be made with various different colors or one continuous color! This pattern allows for your creativity to flow!
This pattern is named “The Stand Up Oregon Blanket” because I wrote this pattern to support the foster children in Portland, OR. ALL the proceeds from the sale of this pattern (on all platforms) will go directly to supporting a ministry called The Boxes of Love. This ministry is local to Portland, OR and they provide boxes (plastic totes) full of brand new clothing, shoes, toys, diapers, wipes etc. to kids who are entering into the foster care system. This ministry gives dignity back to these foster children and to the foster parents in a practical way. I will be making and donating physical blankets as well to The Boxes of Love Project. Thank you for coming alongside me in this partnership and helping foster kids know that they are loved!
Thank you so much for your purchase of this pattern! Your support means the world to me!
