For All Cat Lovers!

Anyone who has ever had a cat knows they have an incredible ability to Stare for what feels like hours on end. Over this last holiday, while I spent more time at home than usual, the stare I got from my two fur babies (Nathan and Joe) was my constant companion. Ever present was their stare that I was able to capture it and apply it in a colourwork hat. Now when they stare, I can stare right back.
I hope you like the pattern.

Yarn Used:

• This pattern calls for a DK weight yarn in 2 heavily contrasting colours. For my hat I used Sueno, by Hikoo in colours Grey and Dusty Pink

Needles:

• 3.50mm and 4.00mm needles on a 16” cord and 4.00mm DPN’s or needles on a 40” cord for Magic Loop.
• Also recommended are 4.50mm needles for the colourwork section, if you are concerned about maintaining your tension.

Gauge:

• 22 sts / 4” in Stockinette Stitch

Sizes Available:

• Adult: will fit up to a 23” circumference

Additional Materials Needed:

• 3 Stitch Markers, one unique for BOR

• scissors

• darning needle
