The Stare: Lucky Rabbit's Hat
FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE, 100% OF THE SALES FROM ANY OF MY ‘STARE’ HATS WILL BE DONATED TO PAWPRINTS ANIMAL RESCUE!!!
When Spring is around the corner, naturally, the next ‘stare’ we need to make is a Bunny. (Chocolate eggs, anyone?)
The pattern is achieved by using stranded colourwork and, in my opinion, this hat needs a pompom on the top, because a Bunny isn’t a Bunny without it’s round poufy tail. The yardage requirements don’t include the yardage to make a pompom, so if you are wanting to add one, be sure you have approx. 40 yards extra.
Yarn Used:
This pattern calls for a DK weight yarn in 2 heavily contrasting colours. For my hat I used Sueno, by Hikoo in colours…
