This beautiful textured scarf will keep you super warm over the winter months.
Made with a simple stitch pattern and striped colour work, this scarf is a joy to make and would make an ideal gift for him or her, of just to treat yourself!

SKILL LEVEL
This Scarf is beginner level, working with just two stitches.

MATERIALS
5.5mm / I hook
Yarn: ~ 850 yds, 350g of Aran yarn in two colours, referred to as A and B
In the item pictured, I used about 300g / 700 yards of Women’s Institute Soft and Smooth Aran yarn in grey (colour B) and about 50g / 150 yards in the teal (colour A)
This pattern will work with different yarns and appropriate hook sizes so can be really versatile.
Yarn needle & scissors

SIZING
Gage: 2in x 2in = 5 rows x 6 stitches
Finished size: 70in long x 9in wide
