Pick up your needles and yarn - it’s time to make a new summer staple! Introducing: The Summer Friday Tank!

We begin by casting on stitches for the back neck and working down the back shoulders with some rapid-succession increases before working straight down. Once the back shoulders are complete, we work a few optional increases to add a bit more room at the armholes. Next, we’ll pick up stitches for each side of the front shoulders and work down, creating our neckline. We’ll then join the two front-shoulders and the back shoulders before joining in the round to work our way down the front body.

SIZE INCLUSIVITY NOTE: This pattern is distributed by default to include basic bust shaping. In the spirit of size inclusivity, this pattern has been graded and tested with no bust shaping and in a made-to-measure format. If you are interested in either of these options, don’t hesitate to email knittedbykevin@gmail.com and I will pass along the best grading for your body!
