The Superman and Supergirl Cape is perfect for your newborn photo shoot, just for fun with your little blessing, or for dress up!

This pattern is perfect for an advanced beginner, maybe a beginner who is wanting to learn some new stitches or techniques.

I used Red Heart Super Saver yarn for both capes.
They require very little yarn!
I used approximately 1.2 oz of the purple yarn for the 12 month size.
So at most, I would estimate about 2.4 oz of yarn to make the main part of the cape.

You will need:

• “H” hook
• Medium weight yarn
• Tapestry Needle

There are 2 different tie options also!
I think the ties around the arm are a great option for the older sizes and the weave in tie option is best for newborn photo shoots only.
