Dimensional look, can be worked with multiple colors for a fun cowl for kids.
Cowl on picture is 23” circumference and 7” high (adult size)
Size can be adjusted by measuring head circumference, plus an inch more to be easier to slide thru head (chain multiple of 3) Length could be your choice but I think 7” is good for an adult and maybe 6” for a child.
