> The Tangled Garden Shawl
The Tangled Garden Shawl
The idea for this shawl sprang from my vision of a wild garden. There is no real rhyme or reason to this piece, it just is!
I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Anzula Yarns to create this beauty. I used Anzula Luxury Fibers Haiku in the colour Prince. I can highly recommend this yarn as it was a pleasure to work with. You can view their yarns via their webpage.
I would rate this pattern at an intermediate level.
The stitches are not hard but concentration is needed when working the longer chain sections and counting a must.
Yes, there are beads! The manner in which I add beads is not difficult and achievable by all. Please check out the link here to see how I do this. https://auburncraftcrochetdesign.com/adding-beads-to-crochet
Crochet terminology: Both US and UK.
This is a written pattern with photos and graphs. The main graph is a colour block graph and the border or edging uses a standard symbol graph as well as the written instructions. I detail how my block graphs work on my webpage. https://auburncraftcrochetdesign.com/what-is-a-colour-blo...
This shawl is worked flat and in rows. The edging is worked after the main body.
