THE TEDDY SWEATER

Cozy and cuddly with an oversized fit, this sweater can be thrown on anytime. The Teddy Sweater is a great stashbuster project using worsted weight wool. Mix and match colors to make your own palette.

FIT: The sweater is knit from the back to the front in one piece. Sleeves are knit separately and attached at the shoulder. Add an optional stitched-in collar, or keep the v-neck open. The sweater is intended to have an oversized, straight fit without shaping.

PLEASE NOTE: This sweater was made with a variety of leftover worsted weight wool yarn. Yardage listed below is estimated. Please make sure you have enough yarn to complete the project.

MATERIALS
#7 Circular Knitting Needles
#9 Circular Knitting Needles
Worsted Weight Yarn (S/M: 1,200 yards & L/XL: 1,500 yards)

GAUGE
Stockinette: 4” x 4” on#9 Needles
17 stitches x 26 rows

SAMPLE MEASUREMENTS (S/M)
Measured Laying Flat
Body: Width: 25” x Height: 21”
Sleeves: 18” Length x 6” Width

SIZE
-The size is easily customizable
-(S/M) and (L/XL) sizes are provided
-There is a 20% difference between sizes
-Use a swatch and your own measurements for a custom fit
