This pattern contains instructions for three different sized bears, Daddy, Mummy and Baby Bear.

They are knitted on double pointed needles. Daddy Bear is approximately 9 inches (23 centimetres) tall and is knitted from aran/worsted weight yarn, Mummy Bear is 8 inches (20 centimetres) tall and is also knitted from aran/worsted weight yarn and Baby Bear is 7 inches (18 centimetres) tall and knitted from DK.

You will need approximately 60-70 metres of aran/worsted weight wool to knit Daddy and Mummy Bear. 20-30 meters of DK for Baby Bear, plus dark yarn for embroidering the features of the face and some polyester or wool toy stuffing.

The body parts are knitted separately (using basic increases and decreases for shaping) and are sewn together.

A quick knit!
