Yarn quantities have been calculated with a 10% swatching allowance. Please bear in mind that garter stitch is very hungry and that small adjustments may significantly affect yarn usage.
Check the sizing table for garment dimensions: if you wish to add length to the body, you may need an extra ball of shade A.

Needles and Notions
Gauge-size circular needles of appropriate lengths for working yoke, body and neck edging
(60-80cm / 24-32in for yoke and body; 40cm /16in for neck edging
Gauge-size needle(s) of your preferred type for working small circumferences
Above gauge-size needle(s) for working i-cord
Waste yarn for holding stitches
Stitch markers to set position of short rows (if preferred)
Locking stitch markers or bulb pins (to mark sleeve cap positions)

Gauge
28 sts and 56 rows to 10cm / 4in over garter stitch worked back and forth on gauge-size needle. Use 2.75mm needle as a starting point for swatching.

Sizes
Finished chest circumference: 87 (94.5, 101.5, 107.5, 115, 122, 127.5, 133.5, 141, 152.5) cm / 34¼ (37¼, 40, 42¼, 45¼, 48, 50¼, 52½, 55½, 60) in

Select the size that is closest to your actual chest circumference (if in doubt, select the smaller size, and knit with slight negative ease). A cropped length is given for this garment, but you can knit the body to the length that you prefer.

Shown in the first size with a couple of centimetres / an inch of positive ease on Kate D and 5 cm / a couple of inches of negative ease on Kate C.

Pattern notes
Beginning with a provisional cast on at the centre back, the yoke of this tee is worked all in one piece, from side to side, with short row shaping. When the yoke is complete, the body is picked up and worked top down in garter stitch (with a choice of back and forth or in the round options), and finished with an i-cord bind off. The back seam is joined, and the sleeve caps are finished with garter stitch and i-cord. Finally, the neckline is picked up, shaped with (optional) short rows, and finished with i-cord to match the other garment edges.
