The Tipsy Tee
Your new favorite sexy, comfy, crochet tee is here!!!!! The Tipsy Tee is as easy to make as it is to wear! It pairs perfectly with leggings, jeans, skirts, and your favorite cock or mock ;) (cocktail or mocktail). Get ready to relax and have some yarning fun, y’all!
Construction
The Tipsy Tee is an oversized, comfy and boxy, crochet V-neck t-shirt. It is crocheted flat, in 2 long rectangular panels, which are then seamed to create the tee. The number of stitches you cast on determines the length of the tee and the amount of rows you crochet in the panel determines the width (ease) of the tee.

A Few Notes On Gauge And Sizing
Every crocheter has a different tension. It’s more important that you meet gauge than stress over the recommended size hook or the recommended yarn. Always gauge swatch!!!
The Tipsy Tee is intended to have 6-8” of positive ease around the bust. There is no waist or hip shaping to this top and it’s intended to fit boxy and comfortably. If making a hip length or longer tee, a split hem (seamed to your comfort) is suggested at the hips. V-neck and armhole depth guidelines are given, but you can choose how deep to make them when seaming. Choose a size that is 6-8” more than your bust to ensure the intended fit. If you would like to create a top with more or less ease, or more or less length, instructions are provided in the notes section.

Suggested Yarn And Yardage
I suggest a fingering weight yarn that will give a nice drape. I used Tropical Yarnie Pure Cotton (100% Pima Cotton, 4-ply) for the pink hip length sample and The Little Wolf Knits Sunfish (75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon, 4 ply) for the coral cropped sample.
