The Toadstool Folk
This delightful pattern includes 4 designs! A darling boy and girl toadstool, their cosy house and a mini toadstool! It is also available in German. Deutsche Übersetzung von Kleinesundfeines. Vielen Dank!
See my cute toadstool folk come to life in an animated GIF!
When I was a girl, I spent hours roaming the countryside looking under wild mushrooms in hopes that I would find a tiny door where the Wee Folk lived. But it wasn’t until I was an adult that I had success in finding them, by knitting them into life. Now my whole house is filled with Wee Folk and your house can be too, with my stress-free, one-night patterns.
To make a knit peg doll, you’ll need:
- One 12mm wooden bead for the head
- One pipe cleaner for the body
- Scrap yarn
- A set of dpns
- One free evening
My Toadstool House is knit in one piece, with a roof that flips down into place like magic.
Praise For Toadstools Live Here
