The Tracking Snake
This guy can be used for any tracking project you can think of! Temperature, weather,
mood, your choice!
The new trend this year seems to be a tracking afghan or blanket, but I don’t have the
time for a full blanket! I saw a couple people doing snakes, and am jumping on that
Idea. I could not find a pattern I loved, so I created my own. If you decide to make him, I hope you love him as much as I do!
Materials
1. Any size 4 or worsted weight yarn in colors of your choice. I am doing my head,
and eventually tail in the same color, and picking one color for each of my 10
categories. If you use a different sized yarn the pattern will adjust by using a hook size 1.5 to 2
times smaller than indicated on the yarn label.
- 3.75 mm crochet hook
- Stitch markers
- 24mm safety eyes
- Tapestry needle
- Polyfill
- (Optional) Rattles for tail if making the rattle style tail. This is what I use: https://a.co/d/6nzmEAx
