Inspired by my grand-niece, but the name also references the three different ways the hat can be worn.

Only basic knitting skills required:
Casting On (CO)
Knitting (K)
Knit 2 (K2)
Purl 2 (P2)
Knitting 2 stitches Together (K2tog)

My gauge in stockinette on # 10 needles:
3 stitches = 1”
5 rows = 1”

Suggested yarns are self-striping or solid colors only. If you want to create your own striping pattern, be aware that yarns carried up on the inside of the hat may be exposed.
