The Tulip Tights
The Tulip Tights is a pair of simple and elegant tights. Suited for any occasion, season and as a core basic in your wardrobe.
The tights are knitted based on your own measurements and in the length and height you prefer.
Yarn
We suggest using one of the following yarn options:
nakedknit cashmere 170 (length / weight: 25 g = 170 m)
or
Lang Yarns Cashmere Lace (length / weight: 25 g = 165 m)
The tension is this pattern is: 10 cm = 28 sts on a circular needle 3 mm (stocking stitches)
If you are knitting this for someone other than yourself, you’ll need the following measurements:
- Waist measurement Circumfrence of the widest part across the bum The height from the widest part across the bum and up to the waist The height from where the tights are divided into legs and up to the waist The collected height of the tights The circumference of the legs, at the upper and lower part of the thigh The height of the legs of the tights – from the crotch to the lower edge of the leg On sizing
The Tulip Tights are knitted based on your own measurements, and can be adjusted to the desired length and height. Please see the measurements here. The measurements are therefore just an estimate of the amount of yarn you’re going to need.
