This is the starting point to make your own ugly sweater! I had a ton of random scraps of yarn in random colors and I’ve been hauling them around. Well, I figured, I might as well haul them around in something that will keep me warm.

It’s seamless, it’s simple, and it’s a stash-buster.

This pattern makes a sweater with a 44” bust but also includes instructions to alter the pattern up or down. It begins at a simple ribbed collar and then in joined and worked in the round.

This sweater is like the Who’s Line of Knitting… the yardage is made up and the gauge doesn’t matter! Use what you have on hand.If you want a loose fabric, go up in needle size. If you want a tighter one, go down in needle size.

If you want to prevent weaving in threads at the end of your project, splice the ends of your wool yarns before your working color runs out.
