The Ukiyo Cowl was designed to wear as a matching set to the Ukiyo Hat, one of my best selling designs.

The cowl is knit in the round, from the bottom up using 2 hanks of Malabrigo Chunky yarn. (I’m sure any equivalent chunky yarn would work great, I just prefer Malabrigo)

The Ukiyo cowl is designed to fit the average sized adult, but would fit a child perfectly too!

This design only requires a set of US10.5 (6.5mm) 24” circular knitting needles. No cable needle is required to mimic those pretty rippled stitches!
