This pattern assumes that in addition to basic knitting skills, you have knowledge of the knitting techniques grafting & picking up stitches.

While only one size is listed, you can easily adapt this to fit taller dolls by increasing your torso rows before the booty flap section and make the limbs longer before working the cuffs.
