The Vichy Vest is classic design that can go with anything. You can choose the gingham/vichy checker or even make it with one color.

The vest is made from bottom to top with two panels, sewn together at the shoulders and the sides. The ribbing is made on the neckline, at the bottom and in the armholes.

I used #2 cat. light weight yarn and #0 cat. lace weight yarn as a second strand. Yarn: Hobbii friends cotton 8/4 2 skeins of sage, 2 skeins of dark green and 1 skein of white: 205g/656m(717yards) and Hobbii Alpaca blaze 2 skeins of each sage, dark green and 1 skein of white: 71g/639m(698yards).
