You’ll need size 15 DPNs and size 15 16” circulars to make the hat and a size 15 32” circular for the cowl. The hat takes one skein of Rolling Stone from Knit Collage, but of course you can use any super chunky yarn that would work on a size 15, and the cowl uses 2 hanks of Rolling Stone and one of Sister.

These work up so quickly you’ll make your own and then all your friends will want one. Luckily they’re easy!
