When my friend Sally was to teach a beginner sock class at the library. I designed a very simple sock for that purpose. This is a straight forward simple anklet aimed at the beginner. Or the one you keep in your bag to pull out whilst you are waiting. The reason this is called The Wild Redheads is both Sally and I are redheads.
