The XOXO Shawlette is a fun and easy to make project. It is worked sideways where the edging is worked as a part of the main pattern. Incorporating the edging with the main pattern is a new technique I just learned and I am so thrilled to share it with you!
It is a free pattern on my blog.

NOTES
- Read the pattern carefully before starting.
- This pattern is worked flat, sideways.
- The beginning ch 3 counts as 1 DC.
- Numbers in ( ) at end of a row indicate the number of stitches in that row.
- I recommend using a stitch marker to mark the end stitch of the next row. Remember to move stitch markers as you progress.
- You can customize this pattern to the size you prefer. To make it shorter/longer, you can deduct/add some rows, and follow the increasing/decreasing pattern.
I hope that you like my new shawl design and that you’ll make one for yourself or for a friend.
