HAT:

12 (13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) inches.
31 33, 36, 38, 41, 43, 46, 48, 51 cm.

BOOTIES Sole length:

Prem – Newborn: 3” 8 cm use 3.50mm hook.
Newborn – 3 Months: 3 ½” 9 cm use 4.00mm hook.
3 – 6 Months: 4” 10 cm use 4.50mm hook.
6 – 12 Months: 4 ½” 11 cm use 5.00mm hook.

YARN USED: MODA Vera Northcote Cotton/Wool 50g approx 115m/126 yards In Grey. (Equivalent to Aran | 10 Ply or Worsted #4 but make a sample first).

GAUGE: 4” / 10cm = 15 stitches and 11 rows in dc using 5.00mm Hook.
