This pattern works the Thermal Single Crochet in the round as well as flat. There is minimal seaming. It creates a super squishy, warm slipper. This is a great choice for quick gifts, or as like our house you have a “mitten/hat/slipper basket” where anyone who visits is welcome to whatever they need from the basket.

While the pattern is written #4 Worsted weight yarn and a 6mm / US ‘J’ crochet hook. You can use thinner or thicker yarn or use multiple strands to be the equivalent thickness. To make sizes smaller than size 1, please use DK or thinner yarn and decrease hook size by 1-2 sizes.

This pattern is also perfect to make oversized then felt them, to make a nearly waterproof pair of slippers.
