I modified pattern since I like longer cowls with 8 rounds of both the Ribbing (4k4p or 5k5p depending on # of CO stitches)and Knitting with a total of 7 instead of 5 that the pattern says to do. I think the pattern said to CO 80 stitches & I think I did that or CO 74-78 for a narrower cowl. So my cowl is almost 12” long. I’m very happy with the way it turn out. Its the first thing I’ve made in the round.
