As this is a sc graph of 140s x 90s, if you make it in sc stitches with a bulky weight #5 yarn and 8mm hook it should turn out 75x45 inches. If you make it with hdc stitches, it will be 75x60ish inches. If you choose you a worsted weight #4 yarn with 6mm hook, your gauge will likely be 12sc x 12 rows for 4 inches. This will make the sc blanket roughly 50x30 inches. If you use hdc, it should be around 50x45 inches.
