third SWEATER
The sturdiness of a sock yarn was the perfect choice for this sweater that I know will see a lot of wear. Two versions give you the option to take on basic cable stitches or plain stockinette. Both versions create a classic sweatshirt style garment that will definitely become a staple in your wardrobe. So much so, you might need two! I love the detail of a simple slipped stitch in the raglan along with the I-cord bind-off collar. As this is my third published sweater design and my first sample was knit in Emtothethird’s sock yarn, I thought an appropriate name would be Third SWEATER!
(I’m wearing a size 3 with approximately 4” / 10 cm of positive ease in my photos.)
