Third Time's a Charm Shawl
Third Time’s a Charm is a crescent shaped shawl made with two skeins of sock yarn.
The perfect pattern to mix and match two skeins that you’ve had in your stash for a long time or to treat yourself to two skeins in your favorite colors.
It’s a light weight, soft and warm shawl that knits up quickly thanks to being made in garter stitch.
The pattern allows you to focus on enjoying the knitting without having to follow complex stitch patterns or difficult color changes - the two color patterned stitch sections of the shawl are made by slipping stitches and only one color of yarn is used at a time when making the shawl.
The entire shawl is made using just knit stitches, not a single purl is used in the whole shawl so this is the perfect project for fans of garter stitch!
The shawl is ideal for both confident beginners through to more advanced knitters.
The shawl features a total of twelve sections including: eyelet sections, slip stitch patterned sections and striped sections. The different sections keep the pattern interesting to follow and fast to knit up.
