Hannibal-inspired fingerless mitts.

I’m late to the party again as usual, but I loved this show.

These mitts are knit in the round from the bottom up, and include a shaped thumb gusset and Latvian Braid. I’ve incorporated the Nightmare Stag and Will Graham’s killer-empathizing signature utterance “This is my design” on the front of the mitts.
Pattern can be worked using a long circular needle for Magic Loop or with double-pointed needles. The mitts contain long floats, so be sure to “catch” the yarn frequently on back of work.

Size and Gauge
Size is about a women’s medium with a gauge of 8 stitches/inch. The hand circumference measures at 8 inches and the wrist circumference at 7.25 inches. Sizing can be adjusted by modifying the gauge by changing needle sizes.
