Short rows 3 and 4 need to be reversed in order to keep patt correct.

TwL has not been clearly explained.
It should be worked as purl tbl of the 2nd st on LH ndl, carrying yarn across back of work, without dropping this st off, knit 1st st on LH ndl and drop off both ‘old’ sts.
