This pattern is inspired by a FREE pattern by “Princesse X” I found at this web address : http://beadz-yarn-stuff.blogspot.com/2009/08/baby-booties... . The sizing was not what I needed, Nor do I own any hooks or crochet thread that small. I also felt it had too many joins, so I revamped and am offering it free, because if I needed these edits then maybe you do as well. :)
