PATTERN NOTES
This cardigan is worked from the top down in the round. The front opening is steeked. After the yoke is completed, sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the lower body is worked. Over the last few inches, the knitting is worked back and forth in rows. Sleeves are worked in the round.
This pattern is the same as the All Colors Sweater, but with only three colors.
Work steek stitches as: K1 MC, k1 CC 4 times, k1 MC. Steek stitches are not shown in the charts. On rows where only the MC is used, work Steek sts as: K1 MC, sl 1 4 times, k1 MC.
When casting on for underarm, alternate colors following the underarm stitches in the chart.
When working m1 increases, be sure to lift strands of the same color of yarn that is being increased.
Each portion of the sweater is fully charted. There is a different set of charts for each size.
In addition to being a paid download here on Ravelry, this pattern is available for free as an LYS exclusive. Shops that are customers of Universal Yarn may log onto our website as a retailer and download the pattern.
