Knit lots of colourful stripy mice with this knitting pattern; you can choose from smooth or textured stitches and use any three colours of dk yarn you have in your stash. Knitted flat on 4mm straight knitting needles these mice are simple to make as gifts or for craft fairs and are a lovely colourful summer project.
Each mouse measures about 25cm (from tip of nose to end of tail) when completed.

Yarns used for the mice in image: A ball of Sirdar Country Classic DK 50g in colour 0864 (Duck Egg Blue), a ball of Sirdar Snuggly Replay DK 50g in colour 109 (Full Of Beans) and a ball of Rowan Alpaca Soft DK 50g in colour 00210 (Rainy Day) You can of course substitute any DK yarns and colours you like. The above yarns should make at least 6 mice.
