This pattern is for a bookmark featuring the ever popular pineapple design.

It is designed to be made in #10 or #20 crochet cotton. The bookmark without the tassel measures about 5ins (13cm) made in #10crochet cotton and about 4ins (10cm) in #20.

Instructions are also given for adding the tassel.

The cover photograph shows the bookmark made in a variegated yellow #10 cotton which I think is particularly attractive.

Below, the white one made is in #10 which would be my preferred weight and the multicolour one made in #20. The one in the book is the first bookmark shown in a hardback book.
