The Three Tiered Circle Skirt is knit top-down, in the round, with a sewn in waistband. The tiers are formed by doubling the number of stitches for each tier.
The skirt is finished off with a reverse stockinette ridge at the hemline. When finished, the skirt forms a circle, giving it lots of flirty movement.
