The origins of this cowl began with the amazing hand-dyed yarn – Atoll (Night) from DyeDeliciously. I had a single skein and wanted to make something that really made the colours pop; this Renaissance motif seemed to be the thing. There are 3 cowl patterns in this series – this is the second. Thrisele means “divided in thirds” in Old English.
