PATTERN NOTES
The cape is worked flat from the top down. The cape has a lace pattern along the raglan and a high collar. The cape starts out working back and forth for the neck opening and then joined to work in the round to the hem, maintaining the lace pattern throughout.

The pattern is written to use up every bit of yarn.

The collar is a high collar worked back and forth flat in 1x1 twisted rib with short rows (I used these German Short-row tutorials: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_6Pjl20zKA & https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3GM4guKpUJs,
but you can use whatever short-row technique you prefer) at the back.

MATERIALS:
Yarn: Artisan Yarns from Hampden Hills Alpacas Creé-Ah’s Breath (100% Alpaca; 400 yards); Haze, 1 skein.
Needles: US size 7 (4.5 mm): 30” circular, or size to obtain gauge
