Thymus
This triangle-shaped shawl uses a textured pattern with triangles in stockinette and reverse stockinette in different sizes. The shawl looks different depending on which angle you look at it from.
The shawl is worked sideways and starts with just 2 stitches. Thymus is framed with 2 selvedge stitches along both sides and increases are worked every other row along the left side and integrated into the textured pattern.
Once half the length has been reached, decreases are worked along the left edge until only 2 stitches remain.
These features make the shawl reversible – looking its best, whichever side is facing.
The directions are given as charts and fully written.
